Why organise a team building if you can just grab some beers with your team instead?<\/p>\n

We get it\u2026 Not everyone likes planned gatherings or networking.<\/p>\n

Yet, we often receive surprised comments after running a team building program. It usually goes like this: \u201cWow, I thought this was going to be sh*t but you guys actually did something incredible,\u201d or \u201cWe never thought we would see our big boss run around the room like that, we really appreciate the opportunity to connect on a more personal level with our top management\u201d.<\/p>\n
