It can be difficult to do that as you\u2019re trying to deal with the change for yourself as well. Here are a couple of things that can help you manage a team through change:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Set the direction<br \/>\nIt\u2019s helpful to define metrics to monitor the operations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There\u2019s likely to be disruption, the main goal is to contain it so it doesn\u2019t impact morale and productivity.<br \/>\nKeep a list of priorities and make them clear at each stage.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Communicate the main factors driving the change<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Let your employees know what\u2019s happening and why. That way they get a better understanding of the big picture.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Analyse the current state of the organisation as well as each team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Discuss the position of the organisation in terms of operations, finances and organisational structure. Include everyone in brainstorm sessions and give everyone the opportunity to be more involved.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Keep moving the team forward<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Clear goals and targets are a good start but keep pushing the team to move forward.
