What a year 2015 has been! We have grown up a lot as a company this year, reinforced our position as an authority in the team-building sphere whilst expanding our influence as a thought leader in creating business solutions.\n<\/p>\n

We would like to take some time to revisit the year that was! We are very proud to formally announce the awards we won this year. At the most recent award ceremony, the HR Vendor of the year awards<\/a> we picked up an incredible three awards!\n<\/p>\n

Best management training provider – gold
<\/h3>\n

We are particularly proud at our gold medal in the training provider category, particularly as were competing against companies who solely worked in training. We believe the reason we took out this award is our ability to seamlessly integrate fun to the fabric of any team building or training event. We know from experience that the best learning happens in a state of play.\n<\/p>\n

We are so happy to be awarded the top slot in our field. We have been in the team building game for over 13 years now and it feels incredibly gratifying to be acknowledged for our commitment and success.\n<\/p>\n

Best leadership development consultant \u2013 silver<\/h3>\n

Thank you so much HR mag for awarding us second place out of 7 in the best leadership development consultant category. At Team Building Asia we do not train leadership in isolation, we build up the whole team and allow leaders to experience leading their team and being led by their team, a great way to become a more emotionally intelligent leader.\n<\/p>\n

Recently we also were awarded one of Hong Kong\u2019s Most Valuable Companies<\/a> and were asked to put on a \u2018Flat Out Pyramid<\/a>\u2019 event for the international A Great Place to Work<\/em><\/a> awards hosted in China with corporate heavyweights like Google, American Express, Monsanto and Microsoft.\n<\/p>\n

This year we put on our Flat Out Sleigh Ride<\/a> event for Operation Santa Claus, where participants make fully operational sleighs out of cardboard\u2026 then race them! It was great to see everyone having so much fun for such a great cause!\n<\/p>\n

In other news we put on a few new activities this year. The most notable new activity \u2018Go Team<\/a>\u2019 has been incredibly successful and we have had the pleasure of facilitating Google, Loreal, Cisco, Turning Point and ISS reach their team building goals. We have just recently launched the creative activity ‘Puppet Masters<\/a>‘ and \u2018Animate<\/a>\u2019 a stop motion filmmaking activity which we used to create our very own Christmas message to you.\n<\/p>\n

And to top it all off we even moved our Hong Kong HQ this year, moving out of Central and into Diamond Hill!\n<\/p>\n

2015 has been an incredible year and we would like to thank our amazing clients and our awesome team that embody all of the values we promote.\n<\/p>\n
